Family Place Libraries™

Family Place Libraries™ is a project of Middle Country Public Library whereby MCPL is the national trainer and model for Family Place Libraries™, which helps libraries across the country to develop family-centered programs, services and spaces by expanding the traditional role of libraries and transforming them into community centers for literacy, early childhood education, parent support and community information. Family Place™ is supported nationally and regionally by the Hagedorn Endowment for Family Place Libraries, the Rauch Foundation, the Sandy River Charitable Foundation, Middle Country Library Foundation, NY Community Bank Foundation, Pamela & Richard Rubenstein Foundation and the William E. and Maude S.
