Please use the form below to submit a request for use of a library meeting room and equipment to attend a virtual Suffolk County Family Court appointment. This form is only to request use of the library’s meeting room and equipment. To make a request you must already have a virtual court appearance scheduled by the court. A staff member will contact you within two business days to process your request. Requests can also be submitted by emailing virtualcourt@mcplibrary.org or by calling 631-585-9393 ext. 301.
